This is an outstanding opportunity to join a major player in the HP, Sun and multi-vendor support market, part of a £25 Million group employing close to 100 staff.

»» 2 x Channel Sales Professionals
Location : London, Birmingham or Leeds

In 2005 Olympic support launched its "Channel Only" policy, since then we have supported a very varied range of reseller's, from Worldwide leaders in Facilities Management, to small hardware brokers who want to build a service revenue stream.
Our success within the enterprise support market has been unrivalled. Our commitment to listening to what our reseller's want, and our ability to quickly deploy services to cater for their needs has been key to our success. We care passionately about our services and are always looking for new ways to improve.
Due to continued growth in 2008 two new roles have become available. We are currently seeking Channel Sales Professionals. You must have a successful track record in Field Sales, Ideally you will have a minimum 2 years experience within the IT market, a sound knowledge of how the industry works, and who the key players are is essential.

Duties :
100% New Business development, the role involves networking within the industry to build new relationships and forge strategic alliances with reseller's, distributors, ISV's, S.I's and other related within the UK and Europe.
To achieve & exceed monthly sales targets utilizing all tools available.
To collate, summaries and accurately report key management account information on a monthly basis.
To contribute to new sales and marketing initiatives.
To promote the company profile in all areas of the industry.

Qualifications/Skills :
Knowledge of support contracts and an understanding of associated selling techniques.
Significant successful track record in Field Sales - proof of success will be required and references taken; Confident communicator with an excellent phone manner and customer facing ability; IT Literate and preferably possessing knowledge of IT Networks; Must be driven, enthusiastic, motivated, tenacious and pro-active with a high work rate and determination to succeed; Full UK driving license (Manual).

Hours : 37.5 hours per week.
Salary : 30K+ negotiable depending on applicant.
Commission : Uncapped OTE.

»» Vendor Alliance Manager
Location : Midlands

2008 represents exciting challenges for all staff at Olympic Support. This exciting new vacancy is an opportunity for the right individual to really carve a position within the organization.
At present existing Vendor alliances have been run by the service management team, we now recognize the need for a completely focused individual who can unlock the potential within the organization.

Duties:
To identify potential partnerships.
To achieve & exceed monthly sales targets utilizing all tools available.
Monitor emerging technologies and work with distributors to develop strategic alliances to allow them to "go to market" with new products.
To deliver process and training to ensure smooth running of new programs.
To assist the service delivery team with all new alliances.

Salary : 30K+ negotiable depending on applicant.
Commission : Uncapped OTE.

»» Service & Operations Assistant
Location : Midlands

A new and exciting role has just become available due to continued expansion; the role would ideally suit someone with strong organizational and process skills.
We require someone to help co-ordinate the day-to-day development of the infrastructure.
A good commercial understanding of service delivery, on site maintenance, RTB warranty repairs, engineers rota's, parts fulfilment, contract set up, call handling will form the foundations. Good opportunities exist for fast career development into management for the right applicant.

Duties :
To assist with service delivery, and assist the manager with all his day to day tasks.
To ensure smooth running and total efficiency of service within the group.
To assist with Vendor alliance programs.
To utilize the service management software to get accurate reports on contract efficiency.
To visit customers and carry out service review meetings.
Assist with contracts set up, and alterations.

Qualifications/Skills :
2 years minimum experience within IT support / service industry.
IT Literate, with good skills in word, excel, an understanding of service management software would be useful although not imperative.
Excellent communicator with good people skills.
Confident communicator with good people skills, an excellent phone manner and customer facing ability.
ITIL would be preferable although not essential.
Full UK driving license.

Salary : 17.5 - 23k depending on experience.
